Closing Costs

Fees and expenses paid at closing, typically ranging from 2-5% of the loan amount. Includes origination fees, appraisal, title insurance, attorney fees, prepaid taxes and insurance, and recording fees. Some closing costs can be negotiated or rolled into the loan.
