My friend is looking for a loan to buy a business in different state. He wants to buy business plus real estate with owner finance, but the owner asks for almost 50% down with owner finance option. Now he is thinking to first buy the business and then slowly buy the real estate. He already have started one small business in texas which is doing fine. He could not get a loan as he did not have enough Tax returns. Anyone has any solution or and private lender please do suggest.
