My friend is looking for a loan to buy a business in different state. He wants to buy business plus real estate with owner finance, but the owner asks for almost 50% down with owner finance option. Now he is thinking to first buy the business and then slowly buy the real estate. He already have started one small business in texas which is doing fine. He could not get a loan as he did not have enough Tax returns. Anyone has any solution or and private lender please do suggest.

I am looking for a lender licensed in New Hampshire who can assist a client with a loan he’s trying to come down to Florida and should qualify the bank sadly mixed up his paperwork so he got denied there and I sent him to my lender who referred him out to someone licensed in New Hampshire just for him to be ghosted for over a month so I need someone very responsive and who can get this deal done in under 30 days now COMMENT If he is coming to Florida why do you need a NH lender?
