I’m planning to build a new construction rental property in East Texas using the BRRR method and am looking for lender recommendations.
I’ll be purchasing the land and building the home entirely with personal funds, so I won’t need construction financing. Once the home is completed, I’d like to refinance the finished property, pull out a portion of the equity, and keep it as a long-term rental.
Does anyone have a lender they’ve personally worked with who does this type of refinance on newly built investment properties? Ideally looking for someone familiar with BRRR investors, cash-out refinances, or DSCR loans in East Texas.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations or contacts!
