Looking for a lender than can work with more difficult credit (bad credit). VA loans guru is a must but that also know USDA & FHA pretty well. Basically all loans wile be manual underwrites.
Located in GA and SC- I sometimes get people with like 500+
I understand manual underwrites are no one’s favs really but they are a majority of my clients.
